James A. Millar Memorial Scholarship

The endowed James A. Millar Memorial Scholarship Fund, established in 1975 with provisions from the estate of James A. Millar, class of 1924, of Waterbury, Conn., provides scholarship assistance for undergraduates who are participants in the University’s Honors Program.
