Bob Vogt Math Student Scholarship

Any student in The LeBron James Family Foundation College of Education at The University of Akron is eligible for this scholarship. Students must demonstrate financial need. First consideration will be given to student-athletes who either have a specific focus to teach math or are seeking a minor in math along with their education degree. If no student-athlete is eligible for the scholarship, then non-student-athletes who have a specific focus to teach math or are seeking a minor in math along with their education degree are eligible for consideration. Finally, if no such student meets the above criteria, then any student seeking an education degree is eligible for the scholarship. The College of Education will make selection decisions for the scholarship, which is renewable if the recipient continues to meet the above criteria and funds are available.
