Rose Marie Kohn-Diehl Memorial Scholarship in Accounting
The Rose Marie Kohn-Diehl Memorial Scholarship in Accounting was established in October 2006 by her two sons, W. Gary Diehl and James S. Diehl. Mrs. Kohn-Diehl worked in the family distributing business, The Kohn Beverage Company, The W. G. Diehl Distributing Company, and Jameson Cross Inc. as an accountant. She raised her family to value education especially accounting and persevere through a combination of hard work and commitment to her community. The Rose Marie Kohn-Diehl Memorial Scholarship in Accounting will be awarded to deserving students in the College of Business Administration who are majoring in accounting. The students will be nominated by the Department of Accounting and must have demonstrated financial need. A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required. The scholarship is renewable, provided these requirements continue to be met.
