the Corporate Law Scholarship Fund

The Corporate Tax Scholarship is to be awarded to a student annually with a demonstrated interest in corporate finance or securities law. Recipients will be selected on the basis of both merit and need; which will be given equal weight. Applicants should be in the upper half of their class. Students will be required to submit a statement of no less than 150 words in support of his or her qualifica­tions for the scholarship. The intent is to award one significant scholarship in each year, which will not be renewable to any particular recipient.
