The Dr. Roger F. Keller, Jr. Award

The endowed Dr. Roger F. Keller Jr. Award was established in 1983 by colleagues, family, and friends in honor of Dr. Roger F. Keller Jr., professor emeritus of biology in the Buchtel College of Arts and Sciences and professor emeritus in the Community and Technical College. He retired in December 1982 following a distinguished career at the University that began in 1954. Endowment income is made available to students majoring in biology, with preference given to those specializing in genetics or biotechnology, for books, materials, travel, and tuition.
