The Harley and Carol Kastner Fund

Established by Harley and Carol Kastner, The Harley and Carol Kastner Fund will be awarded in honor of Francis and Dorothy Kastner and given annually to a deserving student selected by the Scholarship Committee. Both merit and need will be considered in making the award. Harley Kastner, class of 1973, is a member of Kastner, Westman & Wilkins.
