Robert C Stell Scholarship in Chemical Engineering

The Robert C. Stell Scholarship Fund in Chemical Engineering was established in 1993 by his wife, Julia Mikis Stell. Mr. Stell was a member of AICHE for more than 50 years, as well as a Fellow of that organization. The scholarship is in recognition of the Stells’ belief in higher education and desire to assist young people. The Robert C. Stell Scholarship Fund in Chemical Engineering is to be awarded to a resident of the city of Akron attending The University of Akron who is a chemical engineering student in the College of Engineering with a 3.00 or better GPA. The scholarship is to be awarded for the duration of the student’s academic program provided he or she remains eligible.
