Wayne College Student Senate Scholarship

This non-endowed scholarship was established in 2008. This scholarship award was created to assist continuing students who are actively involved in any club or organization at Wayne College. To be eligible for this scholarship, students must be a continuing Wayne College student with one or more credits completed, an active member in at least one College club or organization, have a at least a 2.5 GPA, and demonstrate financial need. Students will submit an essay and need a letter of recommendation from their organization adviser.

FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS
This non-endowed scholarship will be funded by an ongoing and annual gift of $250 from the Wayne College Student Senate. Award decisions will be determined each year by the designated Wayne College representative or committee.

Current and future contributions to the Wayne College Student Senate Scholarship for Wayne College are to be directed to and managed in an account with The University of Akron, Akron, Ohio 44325-2603.
